(G/B) Lakes Conference meet at Spirit Lake (girls results) TEAM STANDINGS: 1st-Le Mars (34) .. 2nd-Spencer (39) .. 3rd-Spirit Lake (71) .. 4th-Cherokee (98) .. 5th-Estherville/Lincoln Central (128) .. 6th-Western Christian (154) .. 7th-Storm Lake (212). Individual champion: Kourtney Delperdang of Spirit Lake (18:54.79). Congrats to the Big Red Band for earning Division 1 ratings at State Marching Band.


Congratulations to Maddie Hurt, Kara Albrecht, Chloe Calhoun, and Landen Parmelee on qualifying for the state meet last night. 

Both Boys and Girls finished 4th place-- one place out of a team berth. 

Lakes All Conference Girls : Chloe Calhoun, Kara Albrect, Maddie Hurt, Sarah Meis, and Carloine Meis.  

Lakes All Conference Boys: Landen Parmelee (finished 1st), Jason Sudtelgte, Jackson Sudtelgte, Zach Wingert, Ethan Hulinsky, and Blake Dirksen. 



From Weekly Updates

The Opus Honor Choir festival will be held in Ames on November 14 and 15. The concert will take place at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 15 in the C.Y. Stephens Auditorium at the Iowa State Center in Ames. Congratulations to the middle school students who were selected to participate.

The All State Music Festival will also take place in Ames, November 15-17. The All State concert will be on Saturday, November 17 beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Hilton Coliseum on the Iowa State University campus. Congratulations to the LeMars Community high school students selected to participate in band, choir, and orchestra.
